Any time I have had problems with my truck, they did a diagnosis of it and had it back on the road better than before (backing their work with warranties) This past visit, I was super stressed because I had somewhere to be within 18 hours and my front end went out right as they were getting ready to close shop. They didn’t hesitate to drop what they were doing and ensured that I would be able to make the trip safely and on time. My truck is now running better than it has in years (it is a 2005!). So, without a doubt I would recommend using their service any time of day/year. You won’t be disappointed with the work and you can trust that they are being honest with you.”

“As always I had a wonderful experience at Master Tech. Early on Tuesday I discovered a power steering leak. I immediately called Master Tech and they fit me in that day. I lugged my kids over to their shop and they quickly took my van back and diagnosed it. While we waited the staff was very friendly and my kids enjoyed the juice provided in the lobby. It turned out that I needed a new rack & pinion. Not the best of news but I knew that my van was in good hands. I left it over night and by the next morning, it was all ready to go. The van drives completely differently, in a good way. They did an excellent job.”

“I have taken my cars to dealers and they say something has to be done and then take it into Master Tech and they tell me the truth. An example was with my oil. The dealer showed me dirty oil and I knew Master Tech would be cheaper so when I took it to them they showed me what was suppose to be the same oil and it was clean. So how does it go from dirty to clean in a matter of a couple of miles? Maybe the other way around clean to dirty, but not the case. There have been several other things that the dealer tried to push getting done and Master Tech told me it was not needed at the time.”
